Renae Moore's Designs

CLEARLY SUSAN wants you to check out Renae Moore's Designs and look at the creative idea that she had for a wine tasting party. Renae says " I got this crazy idea at the last moment to invite a few girlfriends over and do a wine tasting! I thought it would be fun for each to bring over their favorite plus a little nibble! There would be a prize too....to the one who knew her own wine!

When you go to the website look closer at the picture of her table and see what she did with the margarita glasses!

Renae is an interior decorator from Canton, Georgia. Why she is in my own back yard from Marietta. Her profile states "I am a gal of varied and assorted interests and enjoy learning new things. Friends and family are of the utmost importance to me and come first before any of my crazy ideas and adventures. I enjoy beautiful things and a variety of different design styles."

We love creative ideas and we think Renae did a great job of not only party hosting, but using the things that she had in her own home to come up with creative ways to please her quests.

Garlic Shrimp Served On Hand painted Fish Plates

Summer is almost over and fall will be in the air, but I still have a hankering for shrimp. Growing up on the Gulf Coast, shrimp dishes are a commodity that you can't live without. Now that I have been transplanted to Atlanta, Ga for 20 something years there is still no place better than the Gulf for real seafood. I went to Florida this past July and ate seafood everyday, and now it has been 6 weeks and I am having withdrawal... One of my favorite places to get good recipes and especially seafood ones are at All Recipes. check out the following recipe for garlic shrimp. UMM....

Now I have to put in a plug for my hand painted fish dishes. Wouldn't this recipe look great on these decorative fish plates. These would be great for a party or to give as a gift. Well happy fishing, and let me know if you try this recipe and how you like it. Check out our fish plates with our painted sauce bowls in either lobster, crab or shrimp design.
